About Tanu Heals

Hi, I’m Tanupreet Kaur — your calm in the chaos

I’m a life coach, counselor, and registered mindfulness coach. For 20+ years I’ve helped people slow down their mind, rebuild emotional safety, and create rituals that make calm sustainable — under the banner “TanuHeals – Unlocking Your Inner Resilience.”

The path that shaped my work

My journey began at St. Thomas School, New Delhi, followed by a five-year LLB (Hons.) at VIPS. I went on to complete an LLM and MBA, interning at Delhi District Courts and researching with esteemed judges. After years in academia and corporate law, a health sabbatical re-routed me toward deeper self-care, trauma-aware work, and the science of compassion. That’s where Tanu Heals was born.

“We don’t rush healing here. We make it kind, structured, and doable.”

My approach

Warmth first, structure second. We blend evidence-based tools (mindfulness, CBT-style reframing, breath & body regulation) with practical rituals you can keep — even on busy weeks.

Compassion without judgement

Safety to speak honestly. We slow down, notice, and respond — not react.

Small rituals, big impact

2–3 step daily practices calibrated to your rhythms and responsibilities.

Trauma-aware & paced

Language and pacing that keep your nervous system in a safe window.
