For over 20 years, I've helped individuals and couples slow down their minds, rebuild emotional safety, and create simple rituals that make calm not just a moment — but a way of living. My journey blends law, business leadership, psychology, and a deeply personal health experience that led me to the science of compassion and nervous system healing.
That's where TanuHeals was born — not as a service, but as a space where healing feels safe, practical, and sustainable.
