Hi, I'm Tanupreet Kaur — your calm in the chaos
For over 20 years, I've sat with people in their most vulnerable moments — the ones they couldn't explain to anyone else. What I've learned is this: real healing doesn't come from being pushed toward a better version of yourself. It comes from being met, exactly where you are, with warmth and without judgement. "That's the heart of TanuHeals."
The path that shaped my work
My journey began at St. Thomas School, New Delhi, and went on to shape itself across law, business, and human behaviour. I completed my LLB (Hons.) at VIPS, followed by an LLM and MBA, with early experience through internships at the Delhi District Courts and research alongside esteemed judges.
As an Advocate, I developed a deep ability to listen, hold complexity, and communicate with clarity and precision. Over the years, my work expanded across law, academia, and corporate leadership. But a significant health sabbatical became a turning point. What felt like a pause… became a deeper inquiry.
I found myself drawn to the science of compassion, nervous system regulation, and trauma-aware healing. This led me to train as a Registered Mindfulness Coach, a CBT/ACT Practitioner, and a Master NLP Practitioner. Along the way, I also began writing — eventually becoming an Author — using words as a way to process, reflect, and connect.
And from that turning point, TanuHeals was born.
