I’m Tanupreet—the heart behind Tanu Heals. For 20+ years I’ve helped people navigate stress, anxiety, depression and relationships with mindful tools, compassionate conversation, and practical next steps that feel safe and doable.

My path began in law (LLB Hons → LLM → MBA) with court internships and research for judges. A health pause invited me inward. Mindfulness, therapy and coaching reshaped my life—and now I guide others to do the same: slowly, kindly, and with clarity.
